Lucas first taste of baby food! He looks sad in these pictures cause I wasn't feeding him fast enough for him! He sure enjoyed the apple/pear mix! Our BIG BOY!

Sunday Afternoon Sledding

Adriana and I slidding down the hill at 20+ miles an hour,I was screaming the whole way down with Adriana laughing so hard! She thought it was funny to hear me screaming for my dear life! This was the afternoon after I just got back from Togiak for ETT training.

See how far we went, well looks short but, really took us half way down the lake. Skylar went on her own and went right of where we ended up.

We were trying to aim for Drew who was right in front of us!

We can only imagine and dream of what he'll turn out to be when he grows up, a doctor, a teacher, a lawyer, the first native american president...Or an NBA basketball player, a football player, a hockey player, a wrestler like his tough Pete Uncles or do cross country running and follow in his uncles Louis, Dan-Dan, Wilfred, Kenny, and Zachary's foot steps! Be just as tough and competitive on a wrestling mat as on a basketball court!

He's only 3 month's old and his wearing size 6-12 and 12-18 month clothing! We love him in this Nike sweater, he looks like a little tough guy in it, our little athletic Nike Baby!

Drew's First Kuspaq, One of Many to come!

I made this kuspaq for Auntie Anna's boss in Anchorage. It only takes a few hours to make.

This is Drew's first kuspaq I made for him yesterday! It's his first of many to come! Lol, he'll have a closet full of them soon, one for everyday of the week and for hunting season!

I didn't have enough of the green to make a solid colored kuspaq, so I made this two toned one and it turned out great!

I used some of the left over fabric from Anna's and mine from my dad's, it turned out awesome!

If I had all the time in the world, I'd sew all the time, not just kuspaq's, parka's too, malirraq's (fur hat's), slippers and just start my own business from home!

Lucas Modeling A Fur Hat

There was this lady at the closing ceremony selling this cute little fur hat, it was a little pricey for us, so we had Lucas model it for her and walked around school to show it off. He didn't mind it, he actually like it.

"Mama, I really do like this hat, can you make me one please so I can go out caribou hunting this weekend?!"

Here he is waiting for an answer from Mama if he can go out hunting, lol...too funny!

"Daddy said he can put my car seat in front of the three wheeler and strap it down real good so I'll be safe, as long as I have my fur hat!"

I love doing these little scripts of Lucas, every time I get pictures of him with his mouth open, it looks as if he's talking. Most of the time he is, baby babbling that is! He's our very on Calvin and Hobbes in the making!

Adriana and her XBOX 360

Here's our little brainiac Adriana playing Forza2 Motorsport car racing on their new XBOX 360 game! She had just came home from school and said she wanted to play.

I asked Skylar if she'd like to play, but she'd rather play with her dolls. Adriana would turn her body as she'd be turning on the race track, then move her arms side to side when she'd think she's gonna hit the wall! Then you'd hear her say,"Oh Man! NO, Oh Man!" when she'd crash into the wall, but here in these pictures she's doing an awesome job staying on track!

Now everytime when she comes home from school, she'd play with dollies with her sister, do her homework, and this is where you'd find her!

More Winter Fest Smelting Derby

IT was getting windy and the wind chill was -20+ so Drew was getting the girls munuqs so we can check out the other activities around town.Skylar was still jigging back there.

Skylar was moving with her whole body rather than just her arms,...forward bow, back, forward bow, back....it was too cute, she looked determend to catch one that day!

Adriana would rather be playing on the ice than sitting in front of a small fishing hole getting cold!

Smelting Derby, Feb.9th,2008

Adriana in front Skylar behind her. They were trying their luck at the Annual Smelting Derby for kids under 12 yers old. There was a hundred dollars in it for the kid who catches the most! We didn't stay very long, it was very cold out!

This is Lucas first time sitting in his walker, we got this from our cousin Laurie and her little girlies in Wasilla, Ak! Thanks Laurie, you gotta hear how excited he gets when he hears the music and when the girls get close to him! He gets so overwhelmed he has this high pitch scream! Notice the black box under his feet, Drew did that so his legs wouldn't dangle and made him feel more comfy sitting in there. It's just too cute! From the look on his cute little face, he so wants to touch the purple swirly thingermerbob! Lol!

Winter Fest Beauties!

We went to the Winter Fest Baazar at the old school gym, just walked around, looked at all the fun things to buy but, we didn't buy anything. So, Skylar and Adriana got their faces painted with hearts, since Valentines Day is a few days away! So here are my little beauties, Adriana in the blue sweater and Skylar in the pink! Don't they look cute!?

It was about -10 today but everyone out there at Airplane Lake had an awesome time! The hole in the ice they cut out with a chain saw was 10 feet deep and VERY BONE CHILLIN COLD! Well, maybe not, the temp in the water was about 30 degrees, warmer then the temp outside! Oh there's one of our Little Penguins walking around, minding her own business! Too Cute, I think that's Skylar!
