This is my favorite quote by William Penn. "I expect to pass through life but once. If, therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again."

Sunday Afternoon Cranberry Picking at King Salmon Trail 9/13/09
2 gallons of berries ready for the freezer.
Drew and I pouring them into quart bags for freezing.
Up close,juicy,plump,cranberries.
Our first years harvest of cranberries.
I always forget the camera when we go on little afternoon day trips! Soon as we got to where we wanted to pick,Drew asked,"So Sweetie, you have the camera, right?" I smiled at him and said,"No, but maybe next time you could bring it!" Lol. All we have are memories of this day and just these five pictures to share with you the beauty of what God has provided for us. The whole family enjoyed being out, our children and Zach had mountains of fun! The kids picked for a while, Zach did pretty good using one of them orange berry pickers. The girls picked by had,Lucas had a cup of his own and followed right beside us and would hold his cup to us and point inside of his empty cup, telling us to fill it for him once he ate all his berries! We will be making plenty of jam,breads,cookies,cakes,sauces,...whatever our hearts desire of these yummy berries! Our Adriana is the photographer of a couple of these pictures.
Smores over a propane stove,YUM! And relaxing.
